]]> Medical Office BuildingOn Tuesday, the Martin’s Point Health Care Center in Scarborough, Maine, was honored as the 2017 Project of the Year by the Scarborough Economic Development Corporation. The SMRT-designed project, which broke ground last April, replaces an existing structure that had been struck by a devastating fire. The 17,900-square-foot, one-story medical office building, which is part of a network of Martin’s Point Health Care clinics around the state, took patient-centered health care needs into consideration while incorporating community space for all to enjoy.
